Frankie the Phoenix has been an important part of our business journey; a reminder of the vulnerable children we work to serve and support. At Christmas, we decided to share some of his adventures and the journey he and his family undertook in the pursuit of happiness. Our aim was to provide inspiration and insights to teachers, parents and children who may have had similar experiences and we were totally overwhelmed by the positivity with which our story was received. Our story telling, tips and recommendations seem to have facilitated conversations, created connections and reduced feelings of anxiety and isolation - as a result we will endeavour to continue sharing Frankie's adventures and support those that are most in need of his stories and the lessons they have taught him and those that love and care for him, too.
